Many of us have a hard time letting go of pain,…whether recent or past. Although a situation has passed, it is often difficult to move on and move forward. We develop patterns early on that make it difficult to release our negativity. Holding these negative emotions and thoughts keep us from experiencing the wholeness of the present moment making us feel alone and disconnected.

As we let go of the old, our mind & heart can open to create new & healthy connections to people, habits we want and emotions that support our well-being.
